You wouldn't let my daughter return her shoes and purchase the next size up because she didn't have the box...ridiculous! Such poor customer service.
The next day we went to Fergusons and bought a discounted Dacor stove (a $13,000 stove) for a very steep discount. They had taken it back WITHOUT A BOX because their customer didn't like the look of it. That's great costumer service!!
And you wouldn't take back a pair of shoes! You've lost my business!!
